Negative Emotional Stock Piling
Humans by nature are stock pilers. They stock up everything, money, clothes, electronic gadgets, Royal Ascot Limos and NEGATIVE EMOTIONS. To feel emotional is normal – it’s human! Feelings cannot be right or wrong just as emotions can’t.
Today’s lifestyle is an accumulation of stress. Work related stress, relationship related stress so on and so fort. Walk into any office and you can cut the negative emotions with a knife. But nothing is impossible. Slowly you’ll be able to let go and you’ll be more receptive to positive emotions without judging anyone’s ulterior motives. You’ll start taking things as they come. You won’t even realize and your stockpile of negative emotions will soon start draining out and you’ll be a happier and a lighter person and you’ll be zipping around in your hampshire limousine a changed person!
